Vincent Weng is Executive Director of private equity group in China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC), mainly involved in growth Stage and Pre-IPO investment. Mr Weng had 12 years working experiences in venture capital and private equity investment in great China area. He is a visionary, shrewd while action-orientated investment professional, successfully investing in Far East Leasing, LDK Solar (LDK) , China DTV（STV）, A8 , Hi-soft etc, which are listed in US and Asia capital market with high return. Prior to joining CICC, he was Director of MUS Roosevelt Asia Pacific fund L.P., in charge of mainland deal sourcing and execution. Before that, He was the VP of Mitsubishi UFJ Greater China Trust, which is sponsored by Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, one of the largest financial groups in the world. From 1998 to 2002, Mr Weng started his investment career in earliest venture capital fund in China, Shanghai Venture.
